MAI-Dash can provide the following information to you.

Quick View Tab:
This tab is intended to allow you to create customizable chart graphs with live data from your database environment. Chart graphs are created with your own custom MS SQL scripts displaying up to 10 to 15 chart. This allows your users to get a quick glance over a given environment.

Card View Tab:
With the combined functionality of Quick View chart graphs and the ability to apply custom variables giving you report type filtering. With this added function of filtering, you can create score/report cards of any combination for your users to view and filter for detailed views. There is no limit on the number of cards that can be produced.

Scripts Tab:
Ever had a custom MS SQL script that only support personal can run?

Better yet, you ever wish you had a way for users to run your custom MS SQL script in a safe environment?

If you said yes, then MAI-Dash Scripts is for you. Scripts can run any MS SQL select statement and output data to a grid auto populating columns and data. With our simple script setup tool, you can prompt users to select a variety of customizable data elements in the form of ‘Lists Scripts’.

List Scripts are data elements pulled directly from your database and displayed as lists for your users to choose data elements to filter your MS SQL scripts. By adding dynamic data elements to your MS SQL scripts, your MS SQL scripts can have the flexibility to be run like custom reports.

Scripts also allows your users to export this data to a csv file for reporting purposes. This can come in handy if you have to report to the state every month.

Integrated NextGen® Functionality:
With the optional built in functionality supporting NextGen® Enterprise PM/EHR systems directly, you get additional data elements such as ‘Enterprise’ and ‘Practice’ drop down selection along with variables to be implemented into your MS SQL Scripts.

A whole array of custom chart graphs to be used in the ‘Quick View’ tab and the optional ‘Card View’ tab. To name just a few: Zero Charge Encounters – Pie; Unbilled Encounters – Bar; Accounts Receivable – Bar; Pending Claims – Pie; Top 10 Denial Reasons – Pie

Two additional tabs ‘HER Tasks’ and ‘PM Tasks’:

EHR Tasks Tab:
View all tasks by category or by user. Categories grid shows number of tasks not started and number of tasks in progress. User’s grid shows tasks accepted and completed by date range. You have a choice to view an extended break down by category accepted and completed for further detail or view ‘Task Past Due Date’ chart graph. By double clicking on a task you can bring up a detailed view.

You also have the ability to search for tasks by task subject, task description detail, patient last name or patient first name.

Extended features on this grid will allow you to re-assign a user’s accepted tasks to another user our group. You can also complete a user’s accepted task for them. Both features work in bulk and by the date range selected.

PM Tasks Tab:
View all tasks by PM task types and PM user’s tasks. PM task types show the number of not started; the number of in progress; number of completed and number of completed to date. For the user’s grid, this shows the number of tasks accepted; tasks completed; tasks completed to date. You can also double click the user or task type to view more detail.

Get an idea of how long on average it takes for users to pick up task and complete them with the ‘Task LiveCycle Average’ (TLA) chart graph.

You also have the ability to search for tasks by task subject, task description detail, patient last name or patient first name.

All grid data can be exported to csv files for further processing. To find out more please contact us.
