Ever felt like certain task in NextGen® makes it hard to do your job. We at Morgan App aim to change that with MAI-Util. MAI-Util is a collection of utilities aimed to simplify some tasks in NextGen®. Here is what we can do:

Expired User Login
Load a list of users expired due to login inactivity. MAI-Util follows the nbr of days set in password preferences. This is extremely useful if your admin account expires due to inactivity.

Demographics Import
This utility can load a csv file of patient demographics into NextGen®. Once you load the csv file you can validate the data to cut down on errors imported into the system. You have a chance to view the validated data and if needed, export the list to correct and then re-import.

User Tasks
Various EHR task functions such as complete a user accepted task or reassign them to another user or group with bulk action. The user does not have to be deactivated to do this.

Inbox Tasks
Clear all tasks by category in EHR. This is useful if you are cleaning up the task categories in NextGen®.

Pharmacy Search
Ever try to download a pharmacy and it says it’s already mapped to a pharmacy in your NextGen system?

MAI-Util’s pharmacy search helps you find the mapped pharmacy in your database allowing you to correct the information or un-map.

Email Validation
Use this utility to find improperly formatted email address and correct them or clear them out.

Task Payers
Want an easy fast way to see what payers belong to what Tasks Types?

With this utility you can:

• Show all payers attached to a task type
• Show all payers not attached to a task type
• Show payers for a certain task type
• Show all tasks types for a certain payer

You can easily get a handle on your payers and task types. The results can be exported to csv file.
